At Patriot Pathway Homes LLC , every item is made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partners. Because of this process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or misprinted item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process the issue, customers must provide:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the product
• A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Because all items are custom fulfilled, the following are not eligible for return:
• Incorrect size ordered
• Change of mind
• Order placed in error
